"Comfy Enough for an Airport Day"
I used my CALPAK backpack for a full day at the airport, i kept waiting for my shoulders or back to start complaining… but nope. The straps sat really nicely and didn’t dig in at all. By the end of the day, my back wasn’t sore, which kind of surprised me in the best way

"Pretty happy with it so far"
I picked up a Calpak carry-on a few months back and, it’s been solid so far. I’ve taken it on a few trips now, and the zippers still feel really sturdy, which is kind of a big deal for me. The shell does have a couple little scuffs, but, like, nothing too surprising for luggage that’s actually been used. It’s not absolutely perfect or anything, but for the price, I feel like the quality is definitely there.

I was a little worried the pink would look different in person, but it literally matched the site photos so well. It’s not too bright and not too dull, just a really nice shade. I was happy when I opened the box and there were no weird surprises.

I grabbed this in a hurry and it holds a lot more than I expected. It’s been useful overall, but I do wish the pockets were a little bigger because I’m usually rushing around and trying to shove things in quickly.

I had a decent experience shopping on calpaktravel.com. It was easy to find the bags I was looking for, and the photos loaded well enough for me to get a good sense of the products. The categories were clear too, which helped. That said, the site felt a bit slow at times, and the filters didn’t always narrow things down as much as I hoped. Checkout worked fine, but it wasn’t the smoothest process. Overall, I didn’t have a bad experience, but I left feeling like the site could be a little more polished and easier to use

"They had exactly what I needed… suspiciously convenient"
I walked in expecting the usual hunt, but somehow they had my color and size right there waiting for me. Not saying they knew I was coming, but it did feel a little too perfectly timed. Checkout was quick and easy too, which only adds to my theory that the whole place is running way smoother than they want us to know.

After I paid, I’ll be honest, I got a little suspicious and started wondering if it was going to show up smaller than expected or feel bulky in person. But the CALPAK bag ended up being exactly what I hoped for. It fits way more than I thought without looking huge, and the size is perfect for weekend trips. It slid into the overhead bin easily too. No weird sizing issues at all, really happy with it

"Reliable delivery, which is a relief"
I’ve ordered twice now, and both times the packages showed up right when they said they would. The tracking updated along the way too, which I appreciated because I really hate feeling like a package might get lost or show up late. One of the boxes was a little beat up when it arrived, so I was worried something might be damaged, but thankfully everything inside was fine. Overall, dependable so far.

"Worked okay, but the corners were frustrating"
The scuffs came off quickly, which was nice, but the corners took more effort than I expected. it was a bit frustrating, and I feel like an apology would’ve been fair for how much extra work that part took.

"Okay, so the zipper on my…"
Okay, so the zipper on my Calpak bag started acting up after a few months, and I was like, ugh, not this already. I sent over some photos and my order info, and support got back to me within a couple days. It took a little longer than I was hoping, so I was getting a bit impatient, but they did end up approving the warranty and helped me out. Not the fastest process ever, but overall I’d say the service was solid.

"Clean, modern look"
I actually really like the colors and the clean design of the site. It feels modern without trying too hard or looking too busy. A couple of pages did feel a little crowded to me, but overall it’s nice and easy to browse.

"Looks nice, but heavier than I expected"
The bag looks really good and rolls smoothly, so I do like it overall. But it ended up feeling heavier than I expected, which made carrying it around more stressful than I thought it would be. "Really happy with it after a couple trips"
I’ve taken my Calpak carry-on on two trips so far, and overall I’m really happy with it. For the way I travel, the smooth wheels make a big difference, especially through airports where it glides easily and turns without any fuss. It does get a little noisy on rough sidewalks, but not enough to bother me or make me regret buying it. So far, it feels like a solid, easy-to-use suitcase

"Surprisingly Solid Packaging"
My order from calpaktravel.com showed up in really good shape, which was a nice surprise because apparently getting a box that isn’t completely destroyed in transit is some kind of luxury now. The box was sturdy, not smashed, and everything inside was wrapped neatly and stayed put. No random scratches, dents, or little shipping “surprises” when I opened it. it felt like they actually cared about making sure the luggage arrived safely. Wild concept, I know. Small thing, but it definitely made a good first impression

"So organized and easy from the start"
I picked up a Calpak bag mostly because of all the pockets, it’s been such a good choice. Everything has a place now—chargers, makeup, snacks, passport, all the random travel stuff. I’m not digging around at the airport anymore, which is a huge relief. The compartments actually make sense too, not like those random pockets you never use. The whole process was easy, and I’m really happy with the bag...
